Well positioned in Nettuno handy for Rome by train 4 minute walk, sea views were excellent and bedding/towels changed daily, excellent relax area in lounge and a really tasty breakfast with very courteous respectful staff. Children and dogs welcome. Restaurants on the old part again 4 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The room was clean and updated, had very strong wifi and air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of good food, from fresh fruit and yogurts to several cereals and baked goods, as well as scrambled eggs and bacon and pastries. Service was swift and pleasant. The location is excellent with no noisy restaurant or bar downstairs but excellent places very close by. It's in front of the marina which is adjacent to a wide public beach. 5 minute walk from the train station.

Very good breakfat. The location was very good. Very good staff, very polite and on their toes in the breakfast restaurant. The cleaning was good. And our daughter got her own rtoom in the family room that we had booked so she was very pleased.

It checked ALL the boxes! Location to beach, transportation, restaurants, sites, cleanliness, breakfast exceptional even for me with allergies. Staff was phenomenal! Friendly, clean and we’d love to go back. We were so happy, our cousins joined us for a one night stay from Rome. Great place! Definitely would recommend it to everyone!

The breakfast was really good. There was a wide selection including bacon scrambled eggs, breads, ham and cheese, selection of juices and water and a huge selection of cake. The service was very good bringing you teas or coffee on request. Very friendly service. Location was perfect as its a stones throw from the beach.

Excellent breakfast on top floor of hotel , lovely ‘art deco’ design touches around the hotel . Staff super friendly. Will definitely stop again in future

Very good location just across the marina and 5min to the sandy beach. Old town 5-7min and train station 5min. Train from Rome 1h11min, one way ticket 3,60eur/person. Breakfast was good with scrambeled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, salami, croissants, breads, fruits, joghurt, different cakes, cereals, juices, good coffee. You have to order coffee and cold milk for cereals from the nice breakfast lady. Our room (for 3 persons) was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Comfy beds and good pillows. Good blinding curtains.

The hotel has friendly staff who were welcoming. The check in went smoothly and access to the room was by elevator. The room had a small balcony to enjoy the view of the marina. Breakfast was well presented and satisfying.
